The brothers and builders, Clay and Hal Dillashaw have 35 plus years in the construction industry. They followed their father into the building industry working for other contractors and in 1982 made the decision to build their own company. The brothers care deeply about their reputation and it shows. Excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, honesty, integrity and client satisfaction is expected and delivered.

The brothers Clay and Hal will work with you throughout the building process. Our partners in the building process include building designers, architects, highly skilled artisan sub-contractors and material suppliers. The scope of the project will include working with the designer or architect as well as working with the county or city permit process. The office will work with your lender to develop appropriate draw schedules and fulfill all of the lenders requirements. Clay and Hal work hands on performing the rough framing and finish carpentry themselves and keep all of the sub-contractors and material suppliers lined up and on schedule.
